Tired of Just Getting By? Make This Choice ~ and Change Everything

Ever feel like life’s gotten a little fuzzy—like you’re juggling so much that dreaming again feels impossible? 🌫️
If so, you’re in the right place.

Today we’re kicking off something new on the blog: The Six Months from Now Movement—an invitation to stop managing your life and start creating it. This idea was born inside Episode #114 of my podcast, and it’s all about helping you clear the mental clutter, see what’s possible again, and make the one bold choice that changes everything. 💗

What If Nothing Changed by June?

Let me ask you the same question I ask in the episode:
If nothing changed between now and next June, how would you feel?

Whatever shape your health is in—that’s where it would stay.
Your relationships? Same.
Your bank account? Same.
Your joy? Same.

Would you breathe a sigh of relief?
Or would something inside you whisper, “I thought I’d be further along by now…”

Most of us are living in “management mode”—maintaining, coping, adjusting, juggling. But deep down, we’re longing to create something more.

And that’s exactly what this movement is about.

Truth #1: You Can’t Hit a Fuzzy Target 🌫️

This whole idea started at an AI Summit hosted by Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi—two people whose work lights me up. Dean said something that stopped me mid-note:
“You can’t hit a fuzzy target.”

And I realized… most women aren’t stuck because they lack ambition or faith.
They’re stuck because their target—their vision—is fuzzy.

Every day we’re managing details, reacting to what’s next, and trying to hold everything together. Over time, that creates mental dust:
✨ old disappointments
✨ half-finished dreams
✨ beliefs that we’re behind

It gathers under the bed of your mind until everything feels foggy. No wonder dreaming feels hard.

So before you ask, “What do I want?” ask this instead:
“What do I NOT want to carry with me for another six months?”

Maybe it’s the habit of saying “I’m fine” when you’re not.
Maybe it’s replaying the same heartbreak.
Maybe it’s believing your story can’t change.

Clearing the fuzz makes room for clarity. 🌿

Truth #2: You’re Not Here to Manage Your Life—You’re Here to Create It 🌟

Tony followed up with this:
“You’re not here to manage your life—you’re here to create your life.”

That line hit me hard… because it’s exactly what I teach my clients.

There are only two ways to live:

  1. React and manage, or

  2. Decide and create.

Managing looks like staying stuck in survival mode.
Creating looks like deciding, designing, and collaborating with God to shape something new.

When I stopped managing my dating life and started creating it—clarity showed up.
When I stopped managing my business and started creating it—momentum arrived.
When I stopped managing how others behaved and started creating how I showed up—peace followed.

You were born to create.
And creating will always energize you more than managing.

Truth #3: Get Into Proximity to What You Want 🤝

Tony offered another mic-drop:
“Get in proximity to what you want.”

That’s why I attended the Summit—to be near people living possibility.

And whether you realize it or not, you do this too:
✨ When you go to church
✨ When you show up at the gym
✨ When you attend a singles conference

Being near growth creates more growth.
The closer you are to people who stretch you, the clearer your own path becomes.

Proximity sharpens vision and softens doubt.
It reminds you what’s possible.

Truth #4: You Don’t Need to Protect Yourself—You Need to Push Yourself 💪

We live in a culture that tells us if we’re uncomfortable, something’s wrong.
So we comfort ourselves with Netflix, snacks, and staying small.

But Tony said something that flips that thinking:
“You don’t need to protect yourself—you need to push yourself.”

That doesn’t mean hustle.
It means courage.

You’ve been through real things—divorce, heartbreak, disappointment.
Sometimes staying still feels safest.
But protecting your heart doesn’t heal it.

Pushing yourself—with compassion, faith, and trust—does.

Growth feels uncomfortable because you’re meeting a version of yourself you’ve never met. And she is so worth meeting. 💗

Truth #5: All Change Happens with a Choice ✨

This is the truth that ties everything together:

All change happens with a choice.
Tony teaches it. Dean teaches it. Every transformed woman you admire teaches it.

Your life doesn’t change when you have the perfect plan.
It doesn’t change when you finally feel ready.

It changes the moment you decide that staying the same is no longer an option.

That’s when heaven moves.
That’s when doors open.
That’s when momentum begins.

Success leaves clues—and this is one of them:
Every breakthrough begins with a choice.

A decision to clear the fuzz.
A decision to create, not manage.
A decision to partner with God in shaping what’s next.

This is the heartbeat of the Six Months from Now Movement. 💛

A Simple Reflection to Start Today

If you want to begin this journey, grab your journal and ask yourself:

1️⃣ If my life looked exactly the same in six months, how would I feel?
2️⃣ What am I ready to sweep away so I can make space for something new?

Not from shame.
Not from pressure.
But from choice.

Because you truly can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.

Six months from now, your life can look totally different.
And it begins with one simple, holy, courageous choice. 🌿💗
